 Subject:            Services Requiring Prior Authorization

Effective immediately, prior authorization from Fern Laethem or Theresa Huff is required for any of the following services, in non-capital Conflict Criminal Defender cases:

1)     Research, preparation, drafting, etc.  of interlocutory writs;

2)     Research, preparation, drafting, etc. of motions for new trial;

3)     Research, preparation, drafting, etc. of motions to withdraw a plea;

4)     Probation modifications;

Please note: Without prior authorization, you will not be paid for performing these services.   Authorization forms for these services  will be available in the CCD office or are available for download in the Forms Page or by clicking the following format links:  MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat® Reader.
